We loved our stay at Supertramp Hostel! The room with an en suite washroom was perfect for our family with kids. The central location made it easy for us to get around, especially when lining up for the buses to Machu Picchu. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the bar had a great view of the city. We also appreciated the help with activities and tours, as well as the luggage storage. a fantastic experience!
Felt very happy, no complaint.

I stayed at a hostel in Machu Picchu called Supertramp and had a fantastic experience. The private room for four was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. The shower had an electric shower head that actually provided warm water, which was a pleasant surprise. The entire property had a cool and vibrant atmosphere, with colorful art covering the walls. It had a strong eco-focus that was reflected in the design. The top-floor covered patio bar was a great place to relax. The mixed dorm rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Nothing at all. 👍🏼

He went above and beyond to make sure our Machu Picchu tour and lunch were organized. The hostel has a cool, artistic vibe with messages left by travelers on the walls. I got great value for my money at this hostel. The room was clean and exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, close to the train station and easy access to everywhere. The staff was friendly and provided all the information and planning I needed for my Machu Picchu trip.
The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe adding more variety to the menu would be nice.

The hostel had a great atmosphere with colorful paintings and a rooftop bar that had a cool vibe. the beds were comfortable and the hostel was clean. One of the best aspects was the early breakfast served from 4 am, which was perfect for those with early access to a popular attraction. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing a warm and easy-going atmosphere.
One of the worst aspects was the noise level in the rooms, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the communal showers and toilets without dressing rooms were inconvenient, especially for families with young children.

The location of the hostel is extremely convenient, as it is very close to the train station and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Despite being in front of a noisy square, the staff takes extra care to provide a comfortable stay. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and warm showers. the service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members. the breakfast, although not always ready on time, is tasty and can be prepared to take away. the hostel also offers unique facilities like a restaurant and free Coca tea and coffee.
One downside is that the private rooms are located in a separate building, which can be noisy due to the surrounding establishments, such as a bar and a barber shop.

Good staff and friendly atmosphere. the hostel has a unique and vibrant decor. the bunk beds are comfortable and offer privacy with curtains. the location is by the river and on a small square.
The showers have poor water pressure and no privacy. the private rooms in a separate building can be noisy at night.

We had a fantastic stay at a hostel in Machu Picchu. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vibe of the place was really cool. the highlight was definitely the restaurant inside the hostel, where we enjoyed some delicious food. Our room was located in a separate building from the main hostel, which at first we were unsure about, but it turned out to be lovely. the room was recently painted and very clean, exceeding our expectations. the hostel is also expanding, with new private rooms in the new building. the location was stunning, with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed sipping our morning coffee in the pretty garden overlooking the city. The beds were clean and comfy, and overall, we felt that the hostel went above and beyond to provide great value for the price. Cons: Nothing not to like! 😊.
